Lemon & Lime Goods is a family-run Florida business that opens wholesale accounts directly with brands and their distributors, buys inventory at wholesale, and sells it to customers across the United States through Amazon.
We are not a liquidator, and we never buy from closeouts or unverified sources. Every unit we sell is purchased on invoice, in our business name, from a brand or an authorized distributor. That is the whole foundation of how we operate.
The two owners handle everything themselves: product selection, purchasing, prep, shipping to Amazon, listing accuracy and reorder planning. You always deal with the people who make the decisions.

From first order to steady reorders.
A predictable process with no surprises: no channel conflict, no unexpected requests, and invoices paid on the terms we agree.
Step 01
Account and terms
We complete your application and credit package, review your reseller agreement, MAP policy and any marketplace rules, and confirm them in writing before the first order.
Step 02
Purchasing
Orders are placed in our business name and paid on agreed terms. We start with a test order and scale once sell-through is proven.
Step 03
Prep and fulfillment
We receive and inspect every shipment, label it to Amazon's requirements, and send it to Amazon fulfillment centers for Prime delivery.
Step 04
Reorders
We track sell-through for every product and reorder at set points, so your demand on our side stays steady and easy to forecast.

Every unit has a paper trail.
We keep the purchase invoice, prep records and shipment details for every product we sell. If a question ever comes up, we can trace any unit back to its source and send you the documents the same day.
05 · Credentials & compliance
What your credit team will ask for, ready before they ask.
Our full credit package comes with every wholesale application, and we answer any additional request from your credit department the same business day.
Registered Florida business. Florida limited liability company in good standing. Articles of organization available on request.
Authorized sourcing only. We buy only from brands and their authorized distributors, always on invoice.
MAP compliance. We honor minimum advertised price policies and keep our listings in line with them.
Respect for your brand. No unauthorized listings, no altered packaging, and no selling outside the channels you approve.
Federal EIN. Our IRS-issued Employer Identification Number appears on every purchase order.
Florida resale certificate. Our annual resale certificate (Form DR-13) is included with every application.
